Reiki is a Japanese term that means spiritually guided life force energy. No it’s not a massage and many times is described to be a form of light touch therapy, but Reiki can be administered with or without touch. It can even be sent remotely to someone across a body of water.
Reiki is a means of healing where the practitioner acts as a conduit with his or her angels or guides or the person in need of healing’s angels, guides, gurus working through the practitioner to direct loving energy.
While for many years Reiki was thought of as an airy fairy thing there is more and more evidence showing the enormous power of Reiki and energy.
Energy good or bad can be measured. It’s quantifiable as evidenced in the water experiment by Dr. Masaru Emoto. The experiment essentially had subjects directing positive and negative energy to two cups of water and the water began to form molecular patterns affirming energy could indeed be measured.
