Essentials I Use For My Morning Routine

I always start with a little quiet time, i.e. meditation and for that this back jack and this meditation blanket are my absolute must haves.

This yoga mat is my absolute fave for some early morning stretches and sweat. This sweat band and yoga brick are some of my favorites.

I do start my day with a smoothie and for that –

And then I’m on to some journaling and reading and for that I absolutely love this handcrafted journal.

As I’ve mentioned before a little investment goes a long way for productivity. We tend to take things more seriously when we invest a little cashola into it. This planner is my favorite.

And for my morning reading I go to my tablet and at night I unwind with an actual book.
