How to deal with too much frenetic energy? Life is all about energy. And if there’s too much of it that is not being moved and directed in a positive way it can create a lot of stress and anxiety.

This is such a huge problem for so many. Not knowing what to do with the excess energy and not knowing how to slow down.

The original question

Why am I flooded with so much energy that it is hard sitting still like when doing homework, I feel like doing things it’s giving me so much energy. How can I stay still with these emotions?

My response

Meditate. Learn to slow down. You are missing so much by racing around.

It’s ok. It’s not a race. It’s good to have a lot of energy, but you have to know how to use that energy powerfully so it most benefits you.

Otherwise you will just be racing around from place to place and thing to thing never fully in each moment.

Learn to sit in silence. Learn to be with all the racing thoughts. It’s ok. It’s human nature.

And the more you do this the more grounded you will feel. The more in sync with the universe you will feel.

You will be more in alignment with all that’s around you and better be able to use your energy constructively and powerfully.

You will also begin to see things with greater awareness. You will begin to live more in the present from moment to moment.

You will begin to show up more powerfully for others and for all of those things you want to do in life.

You’ll be more calm and more at peace and be able to direct your energy in a way that it best serves you.
