It’s Okay If You Have Very Low Self-Esteem Right Now
It’s ok. You are in a low spot right now. It’s temporary. It’s ok if you have low self-esteem right now.
However, the key is that you know there is more to you.
And you are looking for answers to fix how you feel about yourself right now.
And that is so perfect.
You Don’t Turn Low Self-Esteem Around by Beating Yourself Up
How you turn it around is you stop feeling sorry for yourself right now. You give yourself a little credit.
Look at all you’ve been through.
Look at how far you’ve come.
This is the energy you need to tap into to get to that greatness. Know your worth.
Low Self-Esteem Is About Energy and Awareness
It’s all energy. What you put out there is what you get.
You are so much better than this.
There is greatness inside you. You are not here to be sad and mopey. You are here to be your most awesome you and live your most awesome life.
That’s why you’re here.
Time Is Precious — Don’t Abandon Yourself
Understand that life is precious. Time is fleeting.
Every moment you waste feeling sorry for yourself is a moment you deprive yourself of greatness.
You have greatness inside of you. Your power is tapping into that.
Why I’m Sharing These Answers
As part of a new series of posts, I’ll be offering helpful information, insights, and resources, and sharing my responses to questions from people — ones that are most commonly asked and that I believe will be most helpful.
The answers you’ll find are my sincere, from-the-heart responses to people needing guidance and inspiration. While some answers may be brief, I’m hopeful there will always be a takeaway.
This Is My Calling
I do this from the sincerity of my heart. It is my calling to assist and help others.
That’s why God has put me on this path — to do this work for that very reason.
The more work I do, the better I can assist. I believe my life and struggles were for this reason — to learn from, grow from, and share the insights I’ve gained over more than two decades of seeking answers to life’s complexities.
I was forced inward so I could look deeply at trauma, come out stronger and wiser, and now offer what I’ve learned.
