On Grief, Loss & Healing With Alison Pena

On this episode of the Blossom Your Awesome Podcast my guest is Alison Pena aka Bad Widow.

After losing her husband to pancreatic cancer just months shy of their 20 year anniversary Alison began a journey of healing and learning how to overcome the death of a loved one.

She said she did not know that there was more still for her in life and the future held possibility still.

Through an incredible resolve she discovered life does go on and you can continue to discover future possibilities for yourself.

She talks to us candidly about moving through grief on your own timeline. She learned and shares the power of the insight of expanding new and existing relationships.

She now teaches people how to move through grief of a loss or failure or whatever it maybe in powerful ways.

She also is committed to showing people it is indeed possible to love again after loss.

Join me on this episode of the show to hear how Alison overcame grief and began living life fearlessly once again.

It is my sincere hope you will find wisdom and a few golden nuggets in our exchange.

Her new book – The Harvest Moon is out soon.

And you can get in touch with her through her website – Bad Widow @ Badwidow.com
